Is there a way to prove

that my (long label cut short) son is Native American? Like a blood test or something? If there is how much would it cost?

  • The only way to prove it is if one of his parents or grandparents is more than 50% Native American, because then they would (hopefully) know of which type they are and which region they are from.
Native American blood in the general population is so diluted nowadays that it is difficult to prove if you do not have actual proof from a family member who kept track or kept in touch with their tribe.
