What can I sneak in to regular food?

I made my 1st batch of pumpkin bread and it was awesome. I found so many other tasty things I can make with pumpkin too. Anyone have any other healthy ideas to sneak in? It's easy to put apples or bananas in something. But I wanna focus on veggies. Ideas? Recipes? Maybe cucumber ice cream. Lol

  • My son has always had scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese. He doesn't know any different. Spinach is a "super food" and very good for kids.

I know there is a book called, The Sneaky Chef that has good recipe ideas.

  • My DD loves spinach and cheese in her eggs too. She scarfs 'em down! Now she's even starting to eat the spinach out of my salads or on homemade pizza too. I think bc she figures hey, that green stuff is good in my eggs, must be good in other places! lol

I ditto The Sneaky Chef and also Deceptively Delicious by Jessica Seinfeld (Jerry's wife). I have Deceptively Delicious and love it though I haven't used it in a lil while (got lazy). I've skimmed through Sneaky Chef though and that looks like a good one too!

  • Smoothies are a great way to sneak vegetables. This is our standard:
    frozen blueberries
    frozen banana
kale (loaded with calcium and iron)
orange juice (the vitamin C increases the absorbtion of the iron)
