How can I feel more rested?

My baby is not sleeping well lately, and I'm exhausted all day now that I'm back at work. Any tips (non-medication)?

  • Lots of water and some physical activity, even if it's just a 20 minute walk around your office building.

  • Take a little "me" time once a day. Take a hot bath, read a magazine, whatever. I know it seems impossible but it can help to just get you centered again. Good Luck!

  • Your body will adjust to sleep deprivation. Don't try to be superwoman!! No one was ever attacked by a dust bunny. Never turn down offers of help. It is ok to let Dad take care of the baby his way.
