  • You can get them for free actually. If you go to places like Wal-Mart or your local grocery store and ask them they will give you boxes that things are shipped in. You might have to go at like 10:00 at night to pick them up, but they will give you a ton! That is what we did anyways, good luck!

  • I used to work at the box factory andwe sold a ton of boxes for moving. We usually sold them for $1 each. I had never noticed a box factory, but you would be surprised how many there are. Look in your phone book and give them a call, they usually have something they have printed wrong that are really cheap.

  • A recycling bin- we have one at our local grocery store- and there's a bin specifically for boxes. I don't know- if you have that maybe you can pull some out from there. That's what we did :)

  • call some stores in the mall, or a place like target. i would avoid the grocery store, because the boxes could be gross. i used to be a store manager at a large retail store. we were more than happy to give away boxes, just call more than a week in advance before you need them. that way you can find out what day their truck comes in, and you could collect them that evening. if you're near a restoration hardware... call them.

  • wal mart stock crew clocks in at 10 pm so go around 11 if you want something from the GM side the store, if you want grocery boxes go around midnight. i used to be a stocker at 4 different locations and the schedules are all the same
