Conceiving and Pregnancy after Cervical Dysplasia

Hey everyone. I have had to have a large amount of tissue removed from my cervix from high grade cervical dysplasia. Does this affect fertility at all? Also, does it give complications during pregnancy (such as preterm labor and miscarraige)? I have already had 2 miscarraiges since then. I am healthy, active, eat well, take vitamins, maybe a little stressed, but other than that great. Any advice? I get conflicting information from the web. Any info would be great.
