  • babies crawl when they wanna crawl. there is no specific time. my little boy didn't start crawling til he was like 8 months and my little girl started crawling at 4 months. they crawl when they are ready.

  • There's also the chance that your son will skip crawling and go straight to walking. My friends little girl did that. Every child will do things on their own time and you just have to sit back and let them.

  • my son did a military crawl at 8 months and crawling regular at 10 months. My neice crawled at 13 months and just got up and walked a month later. So it varies.

  • My daughter crawled at about 7 months and my son crawled at 8 months. Some babies never crawl, they go straight to walking. Just be patient and give your baby lots of floor time. He'll get the hang of it really quick. I understand about kids getting frustrated because my son is 14 months and he won't walk. He can cause I've seen him do it. He's just too cautious. He'll walk on his own or if you distract him with a toy. But you can't make him walk. He only walks when he wants to. Each baby has to learn their own way at their own pace.

  • my son didn't crawl for long. but he startd when he was around 6 or 7 months than he just got up and started walking. but my neice was crawling when she was 4 months and didn't start walking until she was 13 months. so don't panic. just let him do what he needs to do. BUT GIVE HIM PLENTY OF TUMMY TIME!

  • I have one son who crawled at 6 1/2 months, one at about 7 months and one not until closer to 8 months.

Myself...I never crawled until I was 3 years old and saw my brother doing it. (according to my mother. I don't remember! LOL)

  • Depends on the baby, my son crawled at 7 months but by friends daughter didn't crawl until 10 months... my cousin didn't learn to crawl until after he learned to walk

  • Crawling is not a developmental milestone, and many babies don't crawl.
