are you drinking enough water? being even the teeniest bit dehydrated can leave you feeling droopy; you should be drinking at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
are you eating your fruits and vegetables? you should be eating 7-8 servings a day, in at least 3 different color.
are you eating whole grains or simple grains? start replacing white rice with brown, white pasta with whole wheat, etc. work your way up to 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
eating animal products can leave you feeling sluggish, so cut way back on, or eliminate meat and dairy. eat beans, tofu, seitan, lentils, etc; two servings a day.
