  • What time do you wake up? Waking up early is a great start on your day. Try eating good foods that give you energy. Always eat a good breakfast! OJ, High fiber cereal... Are your bowels moving good? your insides could make you sluggish... GET UP! get dressed & get OUT of the house! Its hard at first but the more you do it the better. Go outside in the morning for a walk around the block.. Being outside is good for you... working out is also great for your energy...
I have been so low on energy I literally didnt understand how others functioned all day like they did.. Just doing basic house cleaning was hell.. but i am slowly making changes & its made a HUGE diffrence! Now with summer here I make sure to be outside as much as possible & swimming, biking, walking, ect -- no im not fit at all.. Im 220 & trying to lose weight. Its hard. but slow.
Go talk to your Dr. they will be able to help u the most! :)
    good luck!

  • are you drinking enough water? being even the teeniest bit dehydrated can leave you feeling droopy; you should be drinking at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
are you eating your fruits and vegetables? you should be eating 7-8 servings a day, in at least 3 different color.
are you eating whole grains or simple grains? start replacing white rice with brown, white pasta with whole wheat, etc. work your way up to 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
eating animal products can leave you feeling sluggish, so cut way back on, or eliminate meat and dairy. eat beans, tofu, seitan, lentils, etc; two servings a day.
