  • Some kids just fall alot... but if it doesn't seem like he falls too often first I would make sure it's not his shoes... some of the hard rubber is too bulky and makes kids trip. And then I might also have his ears checked out, make sure he doesn't have fluid or something making him lose his balance.

  • I babysit a kid who falls down all the time! I was wondering if he had something up with ears. I would also like to know if there are more kids like this cuz i have never seen a child more unbalanced!

  • I know many kids that fall all the time. I have seen a kid trip over nothing. Kids, especially that young, are not the most coordinated people around. Kids fall a lot. Talk to the doc at next visit if you are worried.

  • Have his eyes and ears checked. My dd fell alot and she had inner ear problems.

  • I also would suggest having his inner ears checked just to make sure there's no fluid built up back there. If there is, they can put the "tubes" in his ears to drain it. It's not a big deal but if he does have fluid there it can throw off his balance.
