  • Turn your hair dryer on low and fan it around your ear. The heat will ease the pain, and if you have fluid behind your eardrum, this will help dry it up. My Granny always did this for me when I was little. It really helps.

  • I got an ear ache from nasal congestion, and post-nasal drip. I even developed tinnitus from the pressure. I did a little research and started using a Neti pot-- after a few days it cleared up, and I notice I am not nearly as stuffy as I used to be. The concept is kinda gross, but it does work!
