Could more sleep mean she's going through a growth spurt?

My daughter is 5.5 months old. She used to only take 45 minute naps, and now she's sleeping about two hours for one and an hour for the other. She still sleeps about 13 hours a night (lucky me, right?). Could her increased sleep mean that she's going through a growth spurt?
