So people talk about heaven what is it?

So i have read a lot of posts about the bible and ways people interpute it. Some say you die go to heaven. Some say you just die and thats it but you will be resurected back to earth and live forever in perfect condition the way it was meant to be origginnaly.

My question for those who belive in heaven. What will you be doing there? Who will be there? And why die and go to heaven. Why not just start out there? Do you have sriptures?

My question for those who belive in a new eath or whatever. Who will be there? What will you be doing why you are there? Do you have sriptures?

How can two completely diff. belifes be in one bible?

JOH 14:2 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you
to be with me that you also may be where I am.

4:4 Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on
them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of

  • 7:9 After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no
one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing
before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes
and were holding palm branches in their hands.

13 Then one of the elders asked me, "These in white robes--who are they,
and where did they come from?"

14 I answered, "Sir, you know." And he said, "These are they who have come
out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them
white in the blood of the Lamb.

15 Therefore, "they are before the throne of God and serve him day and
night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will spread his tent
    over them.

16 Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun
will not beat upon them, nor any scorching heat

2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from
God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.

3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of

God himself will be with them and be their God.

  • 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or
mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

5 He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then
he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."

9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last

10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and
showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.

11 It shone with the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a

  • 19 The foundations of the city walls were decorated with every kind of
precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the
    third chalcedony, the fourth emerald,

21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl.
The great street of the city was of pure gold, like transparent glass.

22 I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and
    the Lamb are its temple.

23 The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the
glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.

24 The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will
    bring their splendor into it.

26 The glory and honor of the nations will be brought into it.

27 Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is

will be in the city, and his servants will serve him.

4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.

5 There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or
the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will
