a neighbor was put into jail for child porn..i want to know more.i guess his wife turned him what does this entalil.this is very creepy since indont think he will be in jail for that long.does anyone know about this.

  • how does who know? obviously you said his wife turned him in for it so she knew .
    that would be how the cops knew. odds are he will spend some time in jail them be a registered sex offender and most likely will have to move because they cant live near a bunch of kids schools playgrounds or any other place that children hang out .

  • Certain websites are tracked by police detectives. They will watch and track certain people visiting these disgusting sites likely hoping to not only catch the deranged pedophiles but their "ring leaders." Some detectives will pose as young children in these sites in order to lure the perverts in. Your internet history can ALWAYS be retrieved from your hard drive--even if you delete your history!

    As for jail time, that varies greatly depending on severity...whether he "just browsing" or he was actively exchanging, posting, buying and selling images? The laws have become tougher, and if convicted, will likely have to register as a sex offender, and be forced to move if he lives within a certain distance (say a 1/4 mile) of a school, park/playground, community center or wherever children gather frequently!
