What do you look for in a preschool/daycare teacher?

Before I had my son, I worked at a few daycares in my area. Now my son is old enough I would like to go back to teaching preschool.
I was just wondering what other mothers look for in your childrens teachers.

  • I like a bubbly persnality. someone who makes it fun but still maintains control. someone who isnt afraid to act silly and sing with the kids, has experience...for example at my dd's preK they would sing a song with their hands on their heads so they would stay in line and keep their hands to themselves when going to the bathroom.
