    they have 5 meals 1 bag option and most of it is pretty good

  • There are lots of cooking groups on cafemom that have weekly menus.
    In case you are looking for new ideas, I can list some our regular; if you would like any recipes, please send me a message. These are tasty, healthy , budget and family friendly:
    Noodles & veggies with peanut sauce
    Veggie pot pie
    Lentil tacos
    Squashed macaroni
    Sweet potato & black bean burritos
    Sloppy jojos (made with lentils)
    Noodles with beans, sauce, spinach&cheese
    Italian stew
    Veggie stew with dumplings (crockpot)
    Southwest falafel (bean patties with avocado sauce)
    Tofu "fish sticks" with sweet potato or acorn squash baked "fries"
    General Tsao’s Tofu
    Tamale Bean Pie
