im pregnant,how can i avoid throwing up after every meal?

i feel nautious after i eat,i get headaches and diohrrea

  • You can ask your dr. for some meds but I am 32 weeks and I threw up through the whole thing some women just stay with morning sickness others it goes away in a few months

  • Eat four or five small meals a day instead of three big ones. If you're nausated don't eat. As long as you are getting fluids(plenty of water) baby will be fine too.

  • dont worry its very normal. i thre up everything i ate and drank for 4 months straight. i dont anymore but still get queezy. some women have it all thru their pregnancy's u cant stop it. but ur ob can give u a shot that will make u feel much better
