  • Matt finish brow powder and a brush. Pencils tend to make too thick a line and really all you need is the shadow of a brow. Now as far as growing them... I don't know. Mine stopped when my thyroid got really low. I don't know yet if they will regrow; they haven't yet, I've been on syn-thyroid for 2 months.

  • I would use brow powder on them in the mean time but let them grow out. Mine use to be horribly thin and plucked over way to far. It took me about 2 months(only plucking my uni brow) and they were full and ready to be re plucked. Now I have nice eyebrows. gl
