Do you ovulate when you are pregnant?

  • No. But you may ovulate after pregnancy before you realize it, so be extra careful.

  • Um no. Ovulation is the process that releases the egg to be fertilized. When you're pregnant, there is already a fertilized egg present in your womb, so your body doesn't release another egg.

  • plus to have a period would result in a miscarriage as when you start to bleed that's your uterine lining shedding, and if that were to happen the fetus would shed with it.

  • you should ask your doctor, from what i hear you can have your period while pregnant, you just don't drop the egg, but if you are bleeding they say that that is bad, so talk to your doctor, he/she should be able to tell you if it's ok or it your baby is in trouble.
