How long did it take for your child first tooth to come through their gums?

My daughters first tooth hasnt come through yet but i can see it under her gums. Its been 2 weeks since it first started to "show" up.

  • They were 5 all different. the longest it took was my youngest daughter. Her teeth almost always took over a month to come through. When she was getting them she was always drooling. It seemed like they would never come it but they did.

  • my daughter had the white line on her gums for about 3 weeks.. it took an additional month for the tooth to come all the way in after it broke through..
    each child is different tho so it could take longer

  • My daughter started obviously teething at 3 months old. First tooth didn't come through till 7 1/2 or 8 months old.
