What bread should we try?

I want to try my 8 month old on toast. We are going to the store later and I was wondering what brands of storebought are best. I understand making it would be best, but busy busy any ideas?

  • Anything made with whole grains.

White bread mushed easier and has very little nutritional value.

I give my daughter the multi-grain breads. It seems to hold up well against her little hands and it is much better for her than white.

  • I like multi-grain bread for our family too, or oat bread is really good. I look for a brand that doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup, and for babies like your 8mo. old make sure they don't contain honey either.
