  • By giving it to them?

My daughter is 13 months and LOVES: Blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peaches...anything you can think of.

  • I don't have a problem too much with that, but, try yogurt maybe, add chopped fruit in it, mine likes smoothies, I add yogurt, frozen peaches, and maybe strawberries.

  • I can only get mine to eat banana-if I leave the peel on for him to play with. All other fruit he gets is dried. He loves dried blueberries and raisins and cherries. He will sometimes eat applesauce, too.
Because the dried fruit is high in sugar, I read you should serve it with cheddar cheese to counteract the sugar on the teeth. (weird, but I do it.) My son loves some dried fruit, cheese and a few Wheat Thins crackers with his juice box at snack time.

  • my daughter loves fruit! thats all she would eat as a 1 yr old. bananas are a popular one with little kids. maybe put bananas into her cereal, little ones love strawberries too. grapes (cut in half) just give them to her and see where it goes

  • offer them to your child, but don't force him/her to eat or make a big deal if they don't like what you offered.

  • My DD dosent like fresh fruit either. I make a puree of blueberries or strawberries & put it in w/ her pancakes & she loves them. U could do a puree in some plain yogurt too. Banana bread is good too. Smoothies. My DD eats fresh fruit when we are not at home but when we are at home she refuses so I take advantage of that & give her all kinds of fresh fruit when we leave the house! Not sure what else to say except for we've been doing fine w/ the pancake thing & banana bread plus she loves craisins & raisins & her juice.

  • Just offer it? My son loves fruit, sometimes its all he will eat. Kids are strange sometimes, my son wont eat apples if you cut them up but if you give him a whole apple he will eat it (takes him ages to eat it but he does). He also loves grapes and oranges!
