I want to have flat tommy what would I do to reduce it?

after I gave birth to a baby girl, my tommy did not go back as I want it. please I need your help

    This clip just gives you an idea of her style.  She's the one Madonna and Gweneth are always endorsing.  I noticed a difference in 2 weeks.  The dvds are really hard(you want it to be hard), just push through it and do what you can.  Its so satisfying as you notice you can do more and more.  I'm about to do the mat workout.
