I know that I can substitute this with regular, just how much?

Ihave a recipe that calls for 3/4teaspoon dry mustard, which I don't have any of, but I do have yellow mustard, I just don't know how much I am supposecd to use. I am making a Christmas Morning Casserole, just to use up bread before it goes bad.

  • You would use half the amount. I looked it up for you. The cookbook that I looked in said "Use 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard instead of 2 teaspoons of dry mustard" (as an example) so instead of 3/4of a teaspoon, you would have to do 3/8, (that may be hard, but I would guesstimate :) I hope I helped somewhat!!
