7month old coughing.. can i give him anything??

  • I wouldn't unless the doctor tells you it's ok. Tylenol or Motrin would be the only thing I would give otherwise and that would be for pain.

    & you dont really have to ask your doctor..
    just give him the right amount..

  • Get the bathroom really steamy and hold the baby in there to open up passage ways. If the cough is really a chest cough or weezing, take the baby to your pediatrician right away. They will give you a nebulizer with a medicine.

  • I doubt a doctor would prescribe anything and I wouldn't give him anything over the counter, either.
    He's way too young.
