i had an eye appointment yesterday. as i was leaving my home, i got a call from the office and apparently the dr didnt come in and they could not find her. they had left several messages and still had not heard from her. so i got an appointment for today. i had the first appointment of the day. i go and while im there find out that dr isnt going in again today and had waited until after they had opened and started seeing people before she called. she is the only dr in the office. she was booked solid yesterday and today and now her office managers have to call and cancel all the appointments again. they kept telling me that they think i should call the board of opthomology and tell them whats going on because she is being unprofessional. but i dont know how i feel about doing that. what would you do?Answer Question

I agree with Bmat. I think the office staff is being unprofessional for suggesting it. I would just find a new doctor. Great suggestion from Anom about getting the records, though.
