Doing abdoman exercises effect those who are planning to become pregnant?

  • nope....even when u are pregnant they are okay to do until ur belly gets in the way

  • It shouldn't affect you while trying to conceive but Dom123123's answer is not correct. There comes a certain point in pregnancy when you should no longer due ab exercises and/or exercises where you lay on your back. I don't remember what the cutoff point is as I was told in January and never got far enough (miscarried end of January). But you're fine now. Once you're pregnant, ask your doctor what week is the cut off point.
