I overslept!! Help me figure out her naps please??

I usually wake up by 7:30am, but this morning I didn't wake up till after 9am!

Any ideas on how to recover my day?

My daughter's schedule looks like this:

7:30am breakfast

9:30am nap (1.5 hours)

11am lunch

2pm snack

2:30pm nap (1.5 hours)

4:45pm dinner

6:45pm bath

7:30pm bed

I'm really stressed out about this! Any advice? I'm mainly concerned about her naps...

  • i would skip the first nap and the start the 2nd nap early it may need to be longer then normal but you never know how they will do.
