Do you know of any moms doing the co-op childcare as a cheaper alternative to daycamps?

  • No, I don't think it is. You still have to pay for the child care at a coop and then you have to volunteer a certain amount of time also.

  • With day camp your child is supervised by trained staff and has the chance to meet lots of new kids, go on great field trips, and have fun in a structured, safe setting. Many day camps also offer Red Cross swimming lessons.
