I actually do not have children but my best friends lil girl is turning one. I was trying ot look for some way to start saving some money for her to go to college. i dont think it is ever to early and my bestie and her husband are really strapped for cash and with another lil one on the way i worry that tehy wont be able it, so obviously bdays and holidays would be the perfect opportunity for me to make them except money for her!! haha

how do i get a savings bond from gerber??

  • i never heard of the gerber savings bond but here is the site where you can apply for a kit from the gerber grow up plan

  • I would go to your bank and tell them that you want to get a college savings plan started for a child. They can direct you to the one that has the biggest pay out. You can set up an account for her, even if you are not the parent. It is basically just a high-yealed savings account that you cannot access without a fee for so many years.
