Do you think this is justice? Or just another celebrity getting special treatment?

  • The women who killed my mother and sister was given 15 days in jail. To be served on the weekends. The maxium time was 30 days. She had multiple convictions on her driving record.

DMV laws need to be tougher.

  • If it were anyone of us that doesn't have that kind of money we would be put under the jail. Having that kind of money must be nice.

  • Yup money can buy you just about anything these days. Just another Celeb getting off easy. Might as well slapped him on the wrist and said "bad boy, don't do it again!"

  • WOW. That makes me sick. Just as sick as them letting Michael Vick off so damn easily after what he did to those dogs. They even interviewed people and they were like "they're just dogs" and "i think he's been punished enough for it."

    SERIOUSLY??

  • It looks like special treatment, but did you read this part:
Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle echoed Lyons in citing Stallworth’s lack of previous criminal record, cooperation and willingness to accept responsibility as factors in the plea deal. Rundle also said the Reyes family—particularly the victim’s 15-year-old daughter—wanted the case resolved to avoid any more pain.
