it's hard to get in the mood when you are sleep deprived...my doctor recommended Melatonin...no prescription...you can find it in the vitamin aisle. It's something your bidy produces naturally anyway...helps you have a more restful sleep but doesn't knock you out completely so you don't hear the baby crying. Maybe a few good noghts sleep will get you back in the mood.
