I was just wondering...since your heart is a muscle, if when people have high bp and their hearts have to work harder to pump and then the heart becomes enlarged, it can inevitablily make them have a heart attack or heart disease...so whey when you work out and your heart has to work harder does your heart not get enlarged?Answer Question

Exercising conditions your heart which in turn makes it more efficient. More exercise equals a more efficient heart which equals a lower heart rate whether its while exercising or resting. Its doesn't cause heart enlarging unless your heart is already in a fragile state. High BP can often be turned around with a good exercise plan.
