Although I don't work for them, I did do some checking of the site.Â It sounds like any other customer service position from home.Â I am sure they will have quotas as well as a script that you need to use.Â Â That type of work is fine, but from experience, I will tell you they are very difficult.Â Lots of turn over in these kinds of jobs.Â You have to be available sitting with your headset on for the hours of your shift.Â .Â
