  • It's possible you may have to supplement him with formula. Call your pediatrician or your local Le Leche League and ask. The LLL groups are the experts on breastfeeding. See if there is a CM group just for breastfeeders or LLL. Weclome to cafemom

  • Fenugreek --- 3 pills, 3 times a day.

    It REALLY works.

  • Nurse, ON DEMAND. Even if he just ate 10 mins ago. No cereal, no solids, no formula. If he has 6-8 diapers per day, then he IS getting enough. He could just be going through a growth spurt.

  • I must agree. Don't give your baby cereal yet. If he has enough (about 6) wet diapers a day he is getting enough. I drank a herbal tea called "Mother's Milk" when my supply went down and it worked, my son is 10 months old, I am 26 week pregnant, and still BF.

    Don't give up!
