Help! I can't sleep and benydril makes me wired what can I take to get a decent nights sleep?

  • Melatonin...my doctor recommended it for me. It's non prescription...get it in the vitamin aisle...your body produces it anyway. It will hep you fall asleep and stay asleep without completely knocking you out...so you'll still be able to hear crying babies and get up in the am without feeling groggy.

  • I am about 35 weeks... I CANT SLEEP TO SAVE MY LIFE either... I have tried everything.

  • I took Tylenol PM for the last two weeks of my pg. My Midwives said it was ok and my baby came out perfectly healthy.
