Sisters in Christ, or anyone else for that matter, want an uplifting experience?

Click on this link, and watch this beautiful version of my favorite song of praise and worship. "Because He lives", this version is by the Gaither Vocal Band, featuring Guy Penrod. It was recorded at a Billy Graham Crusade, and is one of the best versions of the song I've ever seen. I cry everytime I watch it. Hope you love it too. Here's the link:

  • I agree tnmom! I love that version of "Why me Lord?" also. I love just about anything Guy Penrod sings. He is such a great singer. And, his love for God really shows. My mom and I went and saw the Gaither Homecoming show a couple years ago in Houston. It was the best concert I've ever been to! God bless you, also sweetie, and have a great weekend.

  • LOL. That's ok, I'm glad you enjoyed it. We had just had more than enough negativity around here the last few days. Thank you for that link. George Jones has such a way with a song. So beautiful. Have you ever heard Kris Kristofferson's version? I agree, when I hear those songs, they remind me of how much God loves me,and makes me so thankful He's my Lord and Savior.

  • And, here's another one I absolutely love! Josh Turner doing "Long Black Train", the first time I heard it I would have sworn it was Johnny Cash.
