boob exercises??

im trying to lose weight and i remember the last time i lost weight my boobs got really saggy. (sucks to have big boobs!), so i was thinking, are there any kind of exercises i can do to perk them up a little?

  • They have no muscles, so all you can do is to strengthen your chest muscles. For example, lie on your back, a weight in each hand, arms out to the sides and slowly raise your arms toward the ceiling so that your hands come together, and then slowly down. The old hand presses in front of your chest is one that can help.
