Is there a way to help your body produce more milk for the baby? Is there anything you can do before you have your baby to Help produce later???

Mother of child number 2 on the way oldest wasn't able to breastfeed. Don't know much about it need information.

  • There's nothing you can do before the baby is born. Your milk production is stimulated by the change in hormones created by birth and the suckling of the baby. The best indication of what output you are giving is by the wet and dirty diapers the baby puts out. Check out for what to expect with newborns.

    There are ways to increase your milk supply such as eating oatmeal, using fenugreek and Mother's Milk Tea.
