  • I don't think so. The water is the cleansing agent used.

  • Some churches use pure virgin olive oil anointing the head, as is spoken of in the O.T., rather than water anointing or immersion baptism. The Nazarenes don't perform baptism--at least not for infants or children. They perform dedication ceremonies before the congregation.
