HELP flabby me

what kind of exercises do you do to get rid of flabby arms (the flab under your muscle) and how to turn belly flab from jelly to steele. Im losing weight but dont want to be all flabby

  • I don't know of any exercise that will get rid of hanging skin. Surgery will. That is why you see people who have lost huge amounts get tummy tucks, etc.

    From what I understand the elastin in the skin breaks down and can't be repaired, so the skin sags.

  • Loose skin is there to stay but you can build muscle so it is not as bad. My skin is also loose & flabby so I need to start working out again.

  • Kickboxing, boxing (uppercuts, cross punches and hooks).
    AND 40 mins of cardio!
