The Sociopath next door.

Have you read this book? If not I highly recommend it. It gives you the skills to weed out highly toxic people from your life. A sociopath is someone who does not have a conscience. Try to imagine not having a conscience. I'm using health because if your dealing with one figuring it out will improve yours. We all think of famous rare serial killers but the reality is that they are everyday people. As many as 4% in North America(1 in 25).

  • Its a short book 220 pages.. If nothing else watch out for people you seem to always pity. Playing on you sympathy is a more obvious tell.

  • Rainydays...That's the gist of the book..detect and then accept that someone is a sociopath..and then stay away. Don't expect them to apologize or see the error of their ways, just cut them out of your life.
