How many calories can you burn walking barefoot on the beach?

I was walking up and down the beach for 20 minutes and then rested and then walked another 20 minutes and so on for about 3 hours.

  • I felt the most workout walking on the sand not on the shore.I started getting sweaty and my heart was racing and I had to really use my leg muscles with each step.
