HOW EFFECTIVLY WILL THIS HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?

I JUST CHANGED FROM BEEF TO ALL WHHITE MEET TURKEY AND CHICKEN AND TRYING TO ONLY SNACK FRUITS AND VEGGIES ALSO WALKING 1 HOUR A DAY HOW FAST WILL THIS HELP MY WEIGHT GO DOWN? I HAD GAINED A WHOPING 60 LBS WHEN PREGNANT AND I HAVE LOST 45 MOSTLY WATER WEIGHT

  • Your diet is a good start but make sure to boost your cardio. When you walk do you sweat? Do you breath heavy? It's all about getting your heart rate up - that's when you'll burn the fat. Check around online, you'll find out how to calculate where your heart rate should be for maximum fat burning efficiency :)
