is all this traveling in a car bad for my baby?

i am five months pregnant and i moved from southern california to knoxville tennessee and we drove. it was a 31 hour drive and a month later things didnt work out so were driving back.. so there is another 31 hour drive. am i putting my baby at any risk?

  • no why would that put your baby at risk ... alot of people get put on bedrest yes for other reasons but you can never have too much rest while your pregnant you and your baby are fine

  • The only issue that could arise is you could get blood clots in your legs from not moving. So, just make sure that you're stopping frequently to walk around. Otherwise, it won't hurt your baby at all.

  • its not that traveling is unhealthy its just when you start getting farther along they dont want you to travel so if you go into labor or something happens you will be close to your doctor. i used to travel like this but it was almost every month but it wont hurt the baby it just might be a little uncomfortable for you after a while of sitting in the same position.
