every since my 3rd daughter was born i seem to have a sugar craving.not carbs but actual white sugar...(or any thing with it in it cookies cakes )i eat pop tarts at work.and i noticed in a picture yesterday i have a horrible pot question is have do i loose the craving.i have been walkng.but the summer is here now and my daughter has kept the same weight all year long and i am afraid i am going to pass on this awful habit to my 10 yr old that has kept her weight all school yr.any ideas???

  • Stop having sugar and junk foods in the house. Poptarts are pretty toxic.
    You should be seen by a doctor, though, as you may have a medical condition causing this craving.
