Pilates Question?

I recently started doing pilates about two days a week plus other exercises to tone up my post-baby belly. It's been two months since I had my daughter( by c-section) and I was wondering if this will help. Does anyone have the same problem and if so, did pilates help at all or am I just wasting my time? I want to see my once toned flat tummy again.

  • I love pilates!

    I can't do anything high impact so do pilates and weights as well as walking.

    I can see and feel a difference from before and after starting it. I have more stamina, flexibility, and feel more toned.
