What can cause extreme tiredness and nausea besides pregnancy?

I also have a cough and a stuffy nose but I'm pretty sure that is allergy related.

  • mono, epstein-barr that's a variation of mono. chronic fatigue syndrome. Go to your doctor for a blood work up if allergy meds don't help.

  • low iron. i'm chronically anemic....have to take iron supplements and when its bad I can barely move I'm so tired.

  • I second the Mono, but also look to see how active you are, and how much caffeine you take in. Not wanting to sound pretentious, I just noticed how much tea and coffee I drink and sometimes it can add up and make you INCREDIBLY sluggish.
