Teething Tablets? How much is to much?

Can you overdose on teething tablets? I have been giving my almost 6 month old 3 teething tablets at a time. I also give him tylenol every 4-6 hours as needed. I usually wait about 30 minutes after the tablets...can you give tablets and tylenol at same time?

  • A 10 lb child would have to eat 1000 tablets in order to even feel drowsy from teething tablets.

The directions say 2 tablets every 15 minutes for 4-6 doses. I always gave my daughter 3 when she seemed to need a bit extra.
