I just started to do pilates to help tone up my post baby belly. I had my daughter by c-section two months ago and heard that pilates really helps to get your belly flat. I was wondering if this really does help? If so, how long does it take to see some results. Any other exercises I can do to help tone up by belly?Answer Question
