Pilates Question

I just started to do pilates to help tone up my post baby belly. I had my daughter by c-section two months ago and heard that pilates really helps to get your belly flat. I was wondering if this really does help? If so, how long does it take to see some results. Any other exercises I can do to help tone up by belly?

  • pilates is awesome but u need to do any exercise 3-5 times a week to see any real results so 1st make sure ur doing it that much and u'll notice changes within a month and a half or so probably earlier because u know ur body and will notice way before anyone else

    you have to really keep at it regularly to make much of a difference.
