Do any of you actually hit your child with a "rod" to spare them from being "spoiled"?

  • People do it...it is not a waste of question space to bring it to attention of people.
It is rotten to beat a child. I wonder how they would like to be hit with a ...whatever it is they are using to beat their children with.

  • No even the bible did not mean specifically to pick up a rod and whoop the crap out of your kid..

The bible did however mean for you to litterally disapline.. and I do use one swat on the butt. as disapline..

People need to understand there is a difference between a swat on the fanny and just wailing the crap out of a kid.

    I spank..
    I don't repeatedly hit..
There is never any marks left.
