LISTERINE FOR MOSQUITOES?

I recently recieved an informative email that said it helps to repel mosquitoes if you spray Listerine around your area. (Under the picnic table, etc.) I haven't had a chance to try it yet and probly will on the 4th, but I was just wondering if anyone else has heard that or tried it.

  • That's a new one by me, too.
Is it cost effective compared to the commercial repellents?

  • We'll find out. If it works it's worth it. Then we don't have to worry about DEET. I still like the repellents because they work on ticks too.
